What forms of payment do you accept?more

We are pleased to accept all major debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments and Paypal.

How do I know if my order has been placed?more

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You can also view order status on your Account page. The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm that your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on it’s way to you, we will send a second email, Shipment Confirmation with your shipment details. Please note: Products on our website are not available to purchase for commercial and/or resale purposes.

I have received a damaged/wrong order, what should i do?more

We are sorry for this inconvenience and take full responsibility for this mistake. Kindly reach out to us at jothischarm@outlook.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How can i contact you?more

How can i store your products?more

Please store our products at room temperature, dry place.

Can i return or exchange an item that i purchased?more

We apologise that returns and exchanges are not allowed, unless an incorrect item was delivered.

What should i do if my order is missing/something is wrong?more

We’re incredibly sorry for the mix-up! Let us fix this for you – please drop us a message at jothischarm@outlook.com within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information: 1. Your Order Reference 2. The product name of the item you ordered. 3. The product name of the item you received. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take. For incorrect item/s received, please make sure they are unopened with the sticker labels intact.

Can i change or cancel my order after confirmation?more

Amendments or cancellations can’t be made once your order’s been confirmed! We always want to make sure your order’s delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it’s sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.

Are my personal details safe if i create an account?more

You can rest assured that shopping with jothischarm is safe. We’re fully compliant with the data protection act so we care about keeping your details secure. For further information, please visit our Privacy Policy page.

How do i register?more

You'll need to register before you can place an order with jothischarm. As long as you have a valid email address, then you can head over to our sign up page to get in on all the beauty action.

Why can't i add a new payment card?more

If you want to add new payment details then you'll need to do this at the checkout stage. Your new card details will be saved once your order has been placed. This means that next time around you can order your favourite beauty brands with ease. You can manage your saved payment cards by clicking into 'Payment Cards' under Account Settings in your account.

Can i place an order to a different address?more

Yes, your delivery address is chosen at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can choose to add a new one by clicking 'Add a new address'.

Why isn't my promo code working?more

Promo codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. All promotional offers, emails and sales, including the Favorites 10% off discount cannot be combined with any other offer and excludes all sale items. If you are experiencing an error with your promo code please refer to the email or website and look for the following: Expiration Date, Excluded Brands, Spend Requirement.

How will i know when my order has been shipped?more

We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. You can also check your account to see the progress of an order or to track it. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed.

What happens if i am not at home to accept my delivery?more

Don’t worry, if your order cannot fit through/in the mailbox or requires a signature. You should receive a delivery note directly from the carrier. This note will let you know where your package is and how you can collect it.
